Our pathbreaking Edge AI-enabled ePowertrain OS integrates iBMS, our own battery management system with other industry-leading VCU and MCU systems, supporting full EV programs with ease while adhering to ISO 26262 functional safety standards and delivering unified control over traction, braking, energy recovery, and auxiliary loads, enabling precise coordination between vehicle subsystems for optimised range, safety, and performance.
Designed for scalability across e2W, e3W, eLCV, eBus, eTruck, and off-highway platforms, it transforms electric mobility through real-time adaptability, neural prognosis, and deterministic safety.

Our algorithms are validated through Model-, Software-, and Hardware-in-the-Loop (MIL/SIL/HIL) simulations, powered by advanced software and platforms such as MATLAB/Simulink, TensorFlow, OPAL-RT, Comemso ETAS INCA, Vector CANoe, and Ansys Medini AVL PUMA. Built on a multi-core lockstep design with ARM R/M processors and ASIC-based neural engines, the OS supports real-time digital twins, predictive thermal management, and onboard edge computing, significantly reducing cloud dependency and enabling instantaneous decision-making even in bandwidth-limited environments.
