Our Lithium-Ion Battery packs, certified under AIS 038 / AIS 156 and validated by ARAI, operate reliably across extreme temperatures from sub-zero to 60°C* for elevated temperatures, recommended for cooling / heating methods. They are engineered to match and often exceed the performance of internal combustion powertrains while offering high energy density, safety, and lifecycle reliability.

Our modular battery architecture supports a wide voltage range from 48V to over 1000+V, delivering flexibility across mobility segments, Designed with high-end digital simulation, CAE, CFD, and advanced modelling tools, each pack is optimised for thermal balance, efficiency, and durability.

Validated to Automotive Standards
Each battery pack undergoes comprehensive validation and certification to comply with IS 16893 – 2&3, AIS 004, AIS 037, AIS 038, AIS 156 and ECE R100 standards.

Electra EV’s topnotch in-house simulation and testing infrastructure includes:

  • Hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) simulation and digital validation
  • Crash, vibration, range, and accelerated life tests
  • Battery lifecycle, IR, and performance testing using state-of-the-art equipment

These processes ensure unmatched reliability and detailed regulatory compliance for every product we deliver.
