Our commitment to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles is deeply woven into our operations and culture. ESG

Our efforts focus on developing products and solutions through low-impact processes by adopting energy-efficient manufacturing and supply chain practices. We continuously enhance downstream usage efficiency through innovation, while maintaining a strong focus on the safety of people across our value chain, promoting inclusiveness, improving livelihoods, and ensuring full compliance with all relevant regulations.

Towards Carbon Neutrality and a Net-Zero Pathway
We are committed to achieving carbon neutrality through a comprehensive value-chain approach. By integrating energy efficiency measures into our manufacturing processes, we reduced absolute greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by 8% in 2024. In 2025, we commissioned a 60 kW solar power installation, curbing approximately 80 tons of GHG emissions annually, along with a 100-kWh battery energy storage system — laying a strong foundation for our 100% renewable energy roadmap by 2030.

Our focus extends across the entire value chain, with continuous monitoring and improvement of Scope 3 GHG emissions in collaboration with our suppliers. Through innovation, we enhance product longevity and efficiency, delivering tangible benefits to our customers by reducing energy consumption in every use — creating a positive impact across the ecosystem.

Water Stewardship
We have implemented rainwater harvesting and groundwater recharge systems that capture over 100 kilolitres of rainwater annually, thereby reducing freshwater consumption and improving local aquifer health.

Waste Minimisation and Material Circularity
Over 128 metric tons of end-of-life batteries have been recycled with more than 90% material recovery efficiency, converting lithium, copper, and aluminium into raw materials for new cells. By adopting returnable packaging, we have avoided 406 tons of wood waste annually, replacing nearly 50% of single-use packaging in finished-goods logistics.

We believe that sustainability is as much about people as it is about the planet. At ElectraEV, we are committed to creating workplaces that are safe, inclusive, and growth-oriented.

•  Diversity & Inclusion: Gender diversity in manufacturing has increased from under 2% to 15% within three years, with a goal to achieve the 2X Challenge by 2026.
• Rural Employment: A significant portion of our workforce hails from rural India, where we provide employment stability, skill development, and professional growth opportunities.
• Learning & Development: We conduct continuous training programs on technical skills, safety, and sustainability awareness, ensuring that every employee actively contributes to our ESG goals.
• Health & Safety: Our facilities operate under stringent health and safety standards, with safety audits, ergonomic reviews, and incident-free performance tracking as part of our governance framework. Our system is certified in accordance with ISO 45001.
• Community Engagement: We support local educational and environmental initiatives, including tree-plantation drives, rainwater awareness campaigns, and vocational training workshops for underprivileged youth.
• Supply Chain Compliance: As a responsible organization, ElectraEV adheres to a Supplier Code of Conduct and ensures supply chain compliance with ESG standards, including human rights protection. We are committed to ethical sourcing and continuously work towards carbon neutrality across our supply chain.

Governance
We recognize that sustainability is incomplete without strong governance. Our Integrated Management System (IMS) ensures compliance with environmental regulations, labour standards, and human rights principles across our entire value chain. We maintain a Supplier Code of Conduct aligned with ISO 26000, embedding transparency, quality, traceability, and ethical sourcing in every partnership. Each supplier is evaluated for ESG performance, ensuring responsible practices from raw material extraction to product delivery. We also conduct third-party audits to validate our social accountability measures — covering fair wages, safety standards, and equitable workplace practices. Comprehensive risk assessment and mitigation frameworks are embedded into all projects to safeguard people and the environment.
